Executive Leadership

Tim Padva

CEO

Tim is an Employee Benefits, Retirement and Human Capital Management Executive with a history of developing high performing companies and revenue producing divisions from the ground up. Prior to launching Lively Employer Service, Tim was the founder of CheckPoint HR and built the company into the largest Administrative Service Organization in the Mid-Market prior to selling the business in 2017.

Lively Employer Services is constructed along the same business model which is the combination of a robust HRMS platform and a dedicated team of subject matter experts providing a wide breadth of service in a single integrated offering. One of Tim’s most valued traits is his ability to foster strong employee and client loyalty through his effective management skills while achieving a superior customer experience for his clients. Tim has been recognized as an HRO Superstar by HRO Magazine and is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Finance.

Michael Gorker

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mike leads the strategic and daily operations for Lively’s processes and solutions.  Mike brings over 20 years of experience in human capital management across PEO, service bureau and consultancy platforms.  He has a passion for problem-solving and leads with a hands-on, customer-first approach.

Prior to Lively, Mike was a consultant to enterprise organizations helping them maximize their technology and people investments.  He was also Chief Information Officer of CheckPoint HR, where he oversaw the technology and development that delighted clients and kept internal staff highly efficient.  In both roles, Mike was able to leverage his domain expertise and technical skills to directly help clients streamline their HR, payroll and benefits processes so they can spend more time focused on their business and thinking strategically.

Mike holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Pace University.  In his spare time, Mike can be found running, cycling or simply having fun with his family.

Mike Wiggins

Vice President of Implementation and Support

Mike has over 20 years of Human Capital Management experience. As the Vice President of Client Success, Mike brings his wealth of knowledge in payroll and benefits to Lively Employer Services.  Part of the CheckPoint HR leadership team, he mentored and developed high performing implementation, client support and benefits implementation teams. His attention to detail and lead by example style helped the company consistently exceed industry client satisfaction levels and maintain  95% client retention rates.

Prior to working at CheckPoint HR, Mike started his career in Human Capital Management at Epix Holdings Corporation, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).  He managed the payroll department and oversaw numerous high profile projects.

Mike graduated from Rowan University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialty in Human Resources Management.  When he’s not at work, Mike prefers to be on a softball ball field, either playing or coaching his daughters teams.
